For an international company in the global agribusiness market in 4332 Stein (AG) we are looking for a
Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) - temp. assignment for at least 1 year, 100%
Accountabilities
- Supporting the Stein site with general admin tasks
- Admin support for concur (Heads only), itravel-concur / travel booking, ATOSS time recording tool
- Organisation and support of team meetings, seminars, webinars, visits, events, symposiums
- Create orders in Ariba / invoicing, manual payments, P-Card orders
- Coordinate employees with language school Inlingua
- Maintain the Stein new starter list for HSE introduction
- Deputize the Admin Lead during holidays etc.
- Close collaboration and active communication with Leadership Teams across the site
- Autonomously coordinates, executes, and supervises functional & routine administration activities like, newcomer support, time management, travel support, etc.
- Keeps itself up to speed with regulations and new requirements
- Actively resolves problems in own area
- Organization or support of events on functional or site level
- Works in a team of other administrative assistants and functions supporting overarching activities
Your skills & experiences
- Vocational training as Administrative Assistant with 5 years in a Junior Administrative Assistant role
- Proficiency in MS office and agile in learning new tools
- German or English as mother tongue with very good written and spoken skills of the other language (B2 or above)
- Very good and honest communication skills
- Organizational talent
- Empathy for people
- Ability to establish strong networks
- Work independently
