Your challenges
- Identify and implement purchasing performance initiatives
- Generate and execute material cost reduction initiatives
- Select material sources ensuring compliance with strategic panels
- Propose alternative sources to secure supply continuity
- Support obsolescence projects with site stakeholders
- Manage RFQ and TCO analysis
- Ensure accuracy of SAP data
- Set up rolling contracts
- Analyze and resolve the root causes of price discrepancies
- Act as the key contact point for purchasing activities in reviews with local stakeholders
- Perform “Supplier Lead" tasks: business review, negotiation, supply, agreement, price list updates, NDA, T&C's, escalations
- Conduct purchasing activities according to the sourcing process
- Implement sourcing strategies
- Contribute to material cost reduction
- Serve as the first point of escalation for stakeholders
- Mitigate local supply risks
- Ensure compliance with the P2P process, including price list implementation, RFQ, and invoice reconciliation
- Act as the “Supplier Lead" for allocated suppliers
Your skills
- 5+ years of sourcing experience in an international organization
- Master's degree; a technical degree is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Team player

- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP
