We're excited to offer a temporary opportunity for a Business Process Mapping Specialist to join our team in Zurich. Starting as soon as possible, this role is initially for 2 months, with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
Business Mapping Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Your challenges
Develop comprehensive visual representations of current business processes using industry-standard tools.
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement within existing workflows.
- Maintain detailed records of process maps, including version controls and updates, ensuring accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Ensure all process documentation adheres to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
- Utilize and manage process mapping software effectively.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand their process-related needs and challenges.
- Design and propose optimized workflows to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Clearly communicate process maps and proposed changes to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Provide training and support to staff on understanding and utilizing process maps.
Your skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least a minimum of 1 year of experience in process mapping, business analysis, process improvement or a related field.
- Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma etc).
