Responsibilities
- Preparation of simple but high-quality pub dishes and finger food
- Ensuring compliance with food and hygiene regulations: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
- Efficiently manage the procurement and storage of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Collaboration with bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience: Work closely with the bar staff to provide a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in a similar role (preferably pub experience).
- Completed culinary training is advantageous but not mandatory
- A strong passion for preparing and presenting food.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English. German skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
