Support Assistant (f/m/d) 100%

Your challenges

  • Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules, ensuring the accuracy of revenue recognition in collaboration with other teams.
  • Review accounting information provided by external service providers.
  • Maintain schedules for Fixed Assets, Intangible Assets, Prepaid Expenses, and other assets.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly account reconciliations, including bank accounts, credit cards, T&E expenses, cryptocurrency accounts/wallets, and intercompany transactions.
  • Perform daily accounting tasks and assist with monthly general ledger closings, including flux analysis.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements according to IFRS.
  • Support treasury and cash management activities.
  • Aid in the preparation of regulatory and tax filings.
  • Prepare audit support schedules and collaborate closely with external auditors.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and documentation of internal controls.
  • Conduct technical accounting research.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects.


Your skills

  • Undergraduate or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate accounting and/or audit.
  • Preferred experience in asset management, technology, or general financial services.
  • Public accounting experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of consolidation and foreign exchange is advantageous.
  • Excellent English language skills are required and good German language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A collaborative and collegial team player.
  • Interest in fintech and cryptocurrencies.
  • CPA or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
  • Possess a valid permit to work
